In our small Café we make homebaked cookies and cakes with ingredients that we believe in. That means that we use commodities as pure as possible, standing by the key concept that "good commodities doesn't need table of contents". The coffee is locally roasted at Gårdsrosteriet in Småland and the applemust comes from Vista Kulle fruit cultivation. The icecream is produced by Sia-glass, also located close by.
