One team per course to be cooked. During the excersice we will introduce you to the recipe and tool to find in our outdoor kitchen. We start from fresh groceries and under guidance the teams prepare, cook and serve their course to the group. For the sitting you will also get the task to entertain the other teams, who also serves as guests for the evening.
This excersice can be made with 3-7 courses, what ever best fits your timeschedule and the quantity of the group.
We work with locally produced groceries as far as possible.
